For Creators

You built it
in the dark.
We'll shine a
light on it.

Agent Records is a label, not a marketplace. We don't list everything. We find the people building agents worth owning - and we give them a stage, a sleeve, and a cut of every sale.

Label Standard / Open Door

We are not here to fill the wall. We are here to find what belongs on it.

What We Listen For

Four things before we say yes.

The wall only works if the bar stays high. We care about usefulness, but never usefulness alone. We are looking for work with a clear maker behind it, a believable first play, and enough edge to stay memorable once the novelty burns off.

Use / On Contact

Useful on contact.

The work should solve a real problem without needing a pitch to justify its existence. If the value only appears after a long explanation, it is not ready for the wall.

Authorship / Behind It

A creator we can feel behind the work.

We want to sense judgment in the release: what was chosen, what was left out, what the work is actually for, and why it carries this shape instead of another one.

Framing / Sleeve Test

Strong enough for a sleeve.

If we cannot frame it honestly, write about it clearly, and stand beside it on the wall without inflating it, the answer is still no. Packaging should reveal the strength, not hide the weakness.

First Play / Proof

A first play we can trust.

The release has to survive first use. Clear entry, real outputs, and enough proof that the promise is not just atmosphere. If it lands, it should land with confidence.

Worth Carrying In

If it lands, we carry it in properly.

The label work starts after the yes: page, sleeve, category, release copy, and the handoff that makes the work feel considered instead of simply uploaded.

What Happens Next

If it hits, we build the release around it.

The bar is selective, but the process is human. If the work makes the cut, we move forward with the creator and shape a release around it instead of flattening it into another listing.

TRACK 01

Review / A&R

We try it, question it, and decide whether the work belongs on the wall at all. Not every strong build is a release. The catalogue has to stay selective.

TRACK 02

Press / Package

We shape the sleeve, release page, catalog framing, and the practical details that make the work legible, collectible, and easy to trust without sanding off its character.

TRACK 03

Release / Share

The creator stays the creator. The IP stays theirs. The label handles the presentation, sales context, and the public life of the release once it is ready to meet the wall.

Tell us what you built.

No deck. No funnel. No polished founder theatre. Just enough detail for us to hear the release properly and decide whether it belongs on the wall.
